During the lockdown of 2020 and 2021, myself and two collaborators wrote a set of short educational modules on the topics of agricultural and food engineering, aimed for an audience of self-motivated individuals with at least a high school graduate level of education.  The modules were presented in five levels, each building on previous levels. The modules culminate into a moderately large project in the fifth level of modules. Thus, individuals can 'choose-their-own-adventure' by picking and setting a fifth level module as their goal, and begin with the level one modules to build up the skills required to complete their chosen project.
